Bayburt University Faculty of Education hosted an important meeting to review quality and accreditation processes.The internal audit evaluation meeting, held within the scope of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) service accreditation, started at 13.00 in the meeting hall of the faculty.
The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Sedat Maden, members of the Academic Unit Quality Commission, Faculty Secretary Alper Kondolot, Webmaster Ahmet Gül, Internal Inspection Commission Chairman Dr. Lecturer Member Eda Adatepe and members of the internal inspection commission attended.
Dean Maden, who made the opening speech, emphasized the importance the faculty attaches to quality management systems and accreditation processes and stated that these processes are steps taken to increase the quality of education. The internal audit commission gave information about the examinations and evaluations made before the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the YÖKAK service accreditation.
At the meeting, issues such as reviewing the processes, making the necessary arrangements and drawing attention to successful practices were discussed. Participants stated that the meeting was very productive and that they agreed that the faculty should immediately make the necessary preparations for the ISO 9001:2015 standard and YÖKAK service accreditation.
It was stated that as the Faculty of Education, great importance is given to quality and accreditation processes and all necessary steps will be taken in this direction. At the end of the meeting, all participants expressed that they were hopeful for the future processes and that they were determined to further improve the quality of the faculty's education.
