Internship Procedures

General information and documents;

1) All students who will do an optional internship are required to apply from the Internship Application Procedures screen in the Student Information Management System.

Internship application procedures;

- Students who apply from the Internship Application Procedures screen in the Student Information Management System have their application approved by the internship commission through the system.

-Students whose applications are approved download the Internship Application Form from the Student Information Management System.

- The downloaded form is first signed by the student and then delivered to the institution where the internship will be done and sealed, stamped and signed in the field of the relevant institution.

- The document signed by the institution where the internship will be done is signed by the internship commission at the Faculty.

- The signed document is submitted to the Department Secretariat at least 7 days before the internship start date.

- Form and insurance entry document approved by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports; It is delivered to the student in person by the department secretariat or sent via e-mail.

-The student submits these documents to the institution where he/she will do the internship and starts the internship.

Internship process and end;

-During the internship period, the student; The documents named "Annex-4 Student Internship Book" and "Annex-2 Internship Attendance Follow-up Schedule" are filled in daily according to the procedures written in the content and approved by the people whose titles are included in the signature section at the end of the internship.

-Students; At the end of the internship, the document named "Annex-3 Institution, Organization, Student Internship Evaluation Form" should be delivered to him by registered mail with return receipt or in a sealed envelope with the phrase "CONFIDENTIAL". When you complete your internship as a result of all these procedures, submit all the above-mentioned documents to the Department Secretariat within 2 months. Otherwise, your internship will not be accepted in accordance with the above legislation.
