As the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Turkey, comprehensive studies are being carried out to determine, disseminate and ensure the sustainability of the required human resource competencies for the development of products and systems that will reinforce the technological superiority of our country. The “National Competency Move” Project, one of the most important outputs of these studies, was approved by our President at the Defense Industry Executive Committee (SSİK) meeting held on August 6, 2024 and put into practice. With this project, the foundations of an integrated cooperation model based on human competencies, instead of a solely competitive approach, were laid in the defense industry ecosystem.
The “Career and Competency Meetings” online live broadcast event, which is a part of the National Competency Move, offers early career opportunities with career-focused sessions in line with the talent management model, inspiring speeches, expert speakers in the field and surprise awards such as technical trips in order to support students’ employability. In order for the program to be published on December 25, 2024 at 09:30 at the address verimlikbulusmalari@ssa.gov.tr to be carried out efficiently and to provide effective access to students, it is important for your university, career center and relevant units to carry out the following matters before December 19, 2024.
