As a result, Bayburt University Faculty of Education once again demonstrated how determined it is to comply with quality standards with this general evaluation meeting held before the KAP process.
Regarding the meeting;
Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP)
Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP) is an external evaluation method that allows the evaluation of quality assurance, education-training, research-development, social contribution and management system processes in higher education institutions within the scope of the “planning, implementation, control and precaution taking” cycle.
KAP is carried out by the evaluation teams formed by the Higher Education Quality Board within the scope of the Institutional External Evaluation and Accreditation Criteria and the Institutional External Evaluation and Accreditation Guide.
Each year, the higher education institutions to be included in KAP are determined by YÖKAK and evaluation teams are formed in accordance with the structure of these determined higher education institutions. Two visits (preliminary visit and field visit) are carried out by the said evaluation teams to the relevant higher education institutions.
As a result of these visits, Institutional Accreditation Reports (IAPR) are prepared by the evaluation teams and the decision regarding accreditation is made by YÖKAK by taking these reports into consideration.
