📝 Final Registration Dates and Process

Final registration will take place between July 21, 2025 and August 29, 2025.
Students are required to apply in person to our university with their official admission letters for final registration. According to our directive, registration via power of attorney is also permitted.
⚠️ Important Notice
Pursuant to the “Cooperation Protocol on Residence Permit Applications for International Students” signed between the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Interior Directorate General of Migration Management (DGMM) and the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the registration of international applicants who do not hold a legal residence right in Türkiye will not be accepted.
Documents Required for Final Registration
- Original high school diploma (will be returned after verification)
- Turkish translation of the high school diploma approved by official authorities of the Republic of Türkiye
- Transcript (original)
- Turkish translation of the transcript approved by official authorities of the Republic of Türkiye
- Two passport-sized photographs (taken within the last 6 months)
- Equivalency Certificate
- Valid passport
- Exam result document (if applicable) for exams accepted in line with our directive
- Turkish Proficiency Certificate issued by BAYÜTÖMER or Yunus Emre Institute (if applicable)
⚠️ Important Notes
Turkish Language Proficiency Requirement
According to our directive, for programs with Turkish as the language of instruction, international students who complete registration can begin their studies only if they present a QR-coded or wet-signed Turkish language proficiency certificate obtained from:
Yunus Emre Institute, or
TÖMER/Language centers affiliated with universities under YÖK,
in compliance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Students must have:
Minimum B1 level for associate degree programs
Minimum B2 level for bachelor’s degree programs
These students are required to reach C1 level by the time of graduation through continued participation in Turkish proficiency exams held by the institutions mentioned above.

🎨 Important Notice for Conditionally Placed Students in Talent-Based Departments
Students placed conditionally in the following departments will gain the right to final registration based on the results of special talent exams to be held on the dates below. Participation in these exams is mandatory for registration eligibility.
📅 Faculty of Sport Sciences – Special Talent Exam: August 21, 2025
📅 Faculty of Art and Design (Painting & Music) – Special Talent Exam: August 20, 2025
Exemption Exams
Students who are placed in the following faculties are eligible to take exemption exams to be exempt from preparatory language courses. Participation is optional; however, students must be physically present to take the exams.
📅 Faculty of Theology – Arabic Exemption Exam: September 4, 2025
📅 Faculty of Education – English Exemption Exam: September 4, 2025
The exact date, time, and location of the exams will be announced by the respective faculties.
💳 Tuition and Fees

🗂️ Residence Permit Application
In accordance with the Cooperation Protocol on Residence Permit Applications for International Students signed between the DGMM and YÖK on November 29, 2023, all newly registered international students must follow the steps outlined in the "Residence Permit Guide for International Students" and submit the required documents to our office. Students who fail to submit these documents will not be able to obtain a residence permit.

Important Information on General Health Insurance (GSS)
International students who have entered or will enter Türkiye are eligible to apply for General Health Insurance (GSS) provided by the Social Security Institution (SGK). Applications must be made within 3 months from the date of university registration. Application is made at the Social Security Provincial Directorate / Center in the province where the student resides. Students who apply will pay the insurance premiums directly to SGK. 👉 For more information, visit SGK’s official website.
