📢 The 2025-2026 International Student First Admission Process Has Started!

📢 The online applications for the First International Student Admission for the 2025–2026 academic year at Bayburt University will start on June 16, 2025, and continue until July 15, 2025. Students will be admitted based on equivalent exam results conducted abroad and recognized for equivalency, TR-YÖS scores, diploma grades, or other success criteria specified in the annex of our directive.

Required Documents for Online Application:

  • A scanned PDF of the information page of your passport
  • A scanned PDF of your high school diploma
  • A scanned PDF of your exam result document (if any)
  • A scanned PDF of your high school transcript
  • A scanned PDF of the receipt showing payment of the $30 material fee

NOTE 1: Applicants are required to apply using a valid and active email address, and their name and surname exactly as they appear in their passport, using English characters.
NOTE 2 : Candidates who have not entered the Republic of Türkiye through legal means or who do not have a legal right to stay will not be registered, even if they have been placed in a program.

NOTE 3: Applicants must deposit a $30 (USD) material fee to the following account:

Applicants must upload the payment receipt during the application process. Applications without a receipt will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The material fee is 30 US Dollars, and only payments in USD will be accepted. ⚠️ Payments in Turkish Lira (TRY) will not be accepted. Transfers made from TRY accounts or in TRY currency will be rejected or will not reach the account. Please make sure to request a foreign currency (USD) transfer from your bank.
