Prospective Students (Application and Registration)

The applications of the candidates will be made online, and the candidate students can apply through the Foreign Student Application System. Please click here to enter the system.

Important Note:  Please note that the Foreign Student Application System link is not active throughout the year! The system link allows entries on the dates specified in the Foreign Student Admission Calendar.

Documents Required for Online Application:

  1. A scanned PDF of the information page of your passport,
  2. A scanned PDF of your high school diploma,
  3. A PDF of any exam results (if available),
  4. A scanned PDF of your transcript,
  5. A scanned PDF of the receipt for the $30 material fee.
    You will see where to upload these documents by following the application steps.
NOTE: Documents Required for Final Registration are for students who have been placed as a result of the online application process.


Documents Required for Final Registration:

  1. Original high school diploma,
  2. Turkish translation of the high school diploma, certified by official institutions of the Republic of Turkey,
  3. Transcript,
  4. Turkish translation of the transcript, certified by official institutions of the Republic of Turkey,
  5. 2 photographs (taken within the last 6 months),
  6. Equivalency Certificate,
  7. A passport with a valid expiration date,
  8. Exam result certificate from exams accepted by our regulations (if available),
  9. Turkish Proficiency Certificate issued by BAYÜTÖMER or Yunus Emre Institute.
