PART-TIME WORK
According to Article 46 of Law No. 2547, our students studying at Bayburt University use their free time during school periods in line with their personal interests and abilities, to ensure that they work under social security against the risk of work accidents and occupational diseases, to improve their skills and to contribute to their growth as productive individuals who have acquired work discipline. and, on the other hand, to enable our students who are trying to cover their education expenses to contribute to their monthly income.
The working hours of employed students are maximum 30 hours per month. Faculty/School/Vocational School or other units send students' scorecards for the month they worked to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports by the end of working hours on the 5th of each month.
Due to the obligation to prepare a single payroll due to SSI transactions, payment work begins immediately after all payrolls reach our Presidency to prepare the payment. Payments are prepared as soon as possible (by the 20th of each month at the latest) according to the working hours stated in these scorecards and sent to the Strategy Department, and after the transactions there, the fees are deposited into the students' accounts.
Late delivery of the prepared scorecards to our Presidency means that the payment preparation cannot be started, and our units must act meticulously as the slightest deficiency or error in the submitted scorecards will cause the payments to be disrupted as a whole.
