Quality goals

1. To ensure employee satisfaction at all stages of the work and operation of the General Secretariat,

2. To ensure that the work and transactions carried out in line with the requirements and targets of Bayburt University "Integrated Quality Management System" are easy and reliable,

3. To ensure that personnel work in a social, economic and safe working environment,

4. Ensuring that all personnel have quality and environmental awareness,

5. To improve the competence, proficiency and performance of all personnel and increase the efficiency of our service processes by making self-evaluations within the scope of the improvement approach.

6. To ensure that improvement works are carried out as a result of the survey.
