A cooperation protocol was signed between our University and Bayburt Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in the field of probation services. Rector Prof. Dr. Mutlu Türkmen signed the protocol on behalf of our University and Chief Public Prosecutor Burak Yılmaz signed the protocol on behalf of Bayburt Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ümmügülsüm Erdoğan and Secretary General Nazmi Karabulut also attended the ceremony.

Within the scope of the protocol, it is aimed to support the personal development of the obliged persons under supervised release measures, to prevent them from committing crimes and to reintegrate them into society. It is also planned to prepare and carry out training, improvement and supportive programs for the convicts.
