An academic cooperation protocol was signed between our Rector Prof. Dr. Mutlu Türkmen and Kars Kafkas University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüsnü Kapu in order to encourage joint scientific studies between universities and to develop mutual understanding. 

The protocol, which was signed at a ceremony hosted by Kafkas University, was created with the main objectives of encouraging research and development activities and understanding in education and training among stakeholders (faculty members and students of both universities); to develop existing partnerships, to cooperate in every process of scientific research; to transfer the parties' understanding of education and training and their experiences in scientific organizations to each other.An academic cooperation protocol was signed between our Rector Prof. Dr. Mutlu Türkmen and Kars Kafkas University Rector Hüsnü Kapu in order to encourage joint scientific studies between universities and to develop mutual understanding.
