Bayburt University Development Plans, Strategic Plan aims and objectives; to be an institution where education and science are prioritized, to provide quality education services by adhering to quality standards and ethical values, has established the "Leadership, Governance and Quality Policy" based on the following principles.

Adopting quality and continuous improvement processes in management, ensuring compliance with national and international standards,
Making administrative decisions based on ethical values, ensuring institutionalization and sustainability; by ensuring the participation and feedback of stakeholders with a transparent and participatory management approach,

Education Policy

Our university; In line with its strategic plan, mission-vision determined by laws, qualified education-training objectives, with an education approach based on critical thinking and applied learning, customized according to different disciplines and student-focused; aims to raise individuals who have the knowledge, skills and competencies required by their profession, who learn how to learn, who are productive, and who are sensitive to the environment and social problems.

To ensure that learning-oriented programs designed in line with local and national needs and the requirements of the age are carried out by qualified teaching staff and to raise individuals who adopt ethical values, respect human rights, can use information and technology, are self-confident and expressive,
To ensure that graduates who complete their programs are; innovative in science, culture and art, aiming for lifelong learning, questioning the problems of the society they are in, aiming to be the leading power of the region and the country, solving problems together using stakeholder-based tools and knowledge, and contributing to science in their field,
To ensure that education-training processes are enriched and carried out dynamically using various methods, techniques and interactive tools and continuously improve with stakeholder participation, develop in a way that meets expectations,

R&D Policy

Based on the vision defined within the scope of its mission determined by the laws, BAYÜ Strategic Plan takes the following principles into consideration while conducting research and development activities:

To be in line with the institution's mission, vision, core values, strategic plan and quality policy,

To increase the number of academic, scientific and social publications included in national and international indexes,
To increase the number of projects, patents and utility models accepted at national and international levels,
To encourage the production of products that will contribute to the regional and national economy by taking into account the regional conditions and needs,
To contribute to informing the people of the province and the region about agriculture and animal husbandry,
