Developments in technology in recent years have brought to the forefront the desire of people to use their time more efficiently in economic and social areas. With the need for faster, safer and higher quality communication, it has become imperative that services in this field are carried out by trained professional staff. The socioeconomic situation in our country and in the world, which is developing and changing day by day, has reduced the importance of distances, spatial differences and cultural differences. In parallel with this, people's need for fast, safe and quality communication has come to the forefront. As a result, new applications have been initiated for distribution services, cargo and logistics services within the scope of postal services. As a result of this change and development in the sector, the need to train intermediate staff with modern practices to be employed in this sector has emerged in order to meet the need for qualified and trained personnel. Postal distribution services include acceptance, sorting, dispatch, distribution (notification, letter mail shipments, APG and cargo/courier distribution/delivery) services in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, Monetary Mail Box Office (automation), Mail box office (automation), Telegraph box office (automation) and distribution services, and to meet customer demands and needs in a quality, efficient, fast and safe manner by utilizing trained and trained workforce. With the Postal Services Program, it is aimed to train knowledgeable, highly responsible, responsible and educated manpower who will work in the postal sector.
Profile of the Program
Postal Services Program aims to train trained manpower who have theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of postal services sector, who can provide postal services effectively and efficiently, and who can respond to customer demands and needs.
The education period of Postal Services Associate Degree Program is 2 years (4 semesters) and the language of instruction is Turkish.
Graduation Requirements
In order to successfully complete the program, it is necessary to pass all the courses available in the program (equivalent to 120 ECTS), to obtain a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and to successfully complete the summer internship (30 working days).

Students who successfully complete the program are awarded an associate degree diploma in Postal Services and graduates have the title of “Postal Services Vocational Staff”.
