About Grammarly:
Grammarly is a learning application that helps our University's academic, administrative staff and graduate and doctoral students improve their writing skills such as grammar, punctuation, sentence structure and word usage in English texts, articles and other scientific studies. Grammarly, a web-based tool, allows you to check English text content according to general grammar rules; identifies punctuation and spelling errors and offers synonym suggestions. Approximately more than a thousand institutions use Grammarly to improve their writing skills within the framework of their curriculum. More than 1 million students benefit from Grammarly to improve their writing skills and avoid plagiarism.
To Create Your Account:
1) Send an e-mail from your corporate e-mail address to bbulut@bayburt.edu.tr stating that you want to create an account.
2) An invitation email will be sent to your email address from Grammarly (it may end up in spam)
3) Click on the "Join Now" tab in the invitation email you receive. (If you already have a different account, you will need to log out.),
4) You will be greeted with a screen where your name, surname and corporate email information will automatically appear.
5) Create a new password of at least 8 characters in the field below your email address and write it.
6) Allow the Grammarly add-on to be added to your web browser on the screen that opens.
(This will activate the Grammarly program in your browser. You can also activate the program in all your office applications.)
7. You can start using the Grammarly application.
8. You can start scanning your writings using the New/Upload tab.
9. You can make your own settings using the menus on the left, and activate the plagiarism detection feature by clicking on the magnifying glass icon. (Plagiarism-On)
