Within the scope of BAYÜ quality targets and annual training program studies, a Quality Meeting was held with the Heads of Departments of our University within the General Secretariat on 09/10/2024.

All Department Heads took part under the chairmanship of Secretary General Nazmi KARABULUT and with the participation of Deputy Secretary General Cuma AYTEMÜR and Bülent KOÇYİĞİT. At the meeting, important decisions were taken regarding the preparation of the expenditure plans of the Departments for the 2024-2025 academic year in accordance with the Savings Measures Directive and the more effective implementation of new quality processes.

While it was emphasized that the new management and evaluation processes put into effect by the Quality Coordinatorship were of great importance, it was stated that the Heads of Departments should cooperate with the quality team in processes such as quality targets and annual training programs. In addition, in order to strengthen the quality-oriented vision and effectively realize future plans, it was decided to prepare the plans and programs for 2024-2025 in accordance with the strategic plan of the institution.

The meeting ended with the contributions of all participants, emphasizing the importance of quality processes.
