Coordinator's Message
Dear Bayburt University Family and Dear Stakeholders,

As Bayburt University Corporate Communication Coordinatorship, we continue our efforts to carry forward the corporate vision of our university, increase the effectiveness of communication and improve the values we offer to the society. In this way, we adopt a sustainable, transparent and ethical communication approach in all our processes by centring on the integrated quality management system. Our aim is not only to realise the corporate goals of our university, but also to constantly update our communication policies to contribute to the solution of social problems.

With the awareness of the social responsibility of our university, we see it as a priority to develop cooperation with stakeholders in projects that will contribute to local development. In this context, our corporate communication policies are based on sustainability and social sensitivity. As Bayburt University, we take part in all kinds of projects and activities that will support local and national development, and we also aim to contribute to the development of our city and region with projects aimed at solving social problems.

Acting within the framework of ethical values and corporate sensitivity in corporate communication is one of our most important principles. By adopting an approach based on transparency, access to accurate information and trust in our communication language, we build every relationship we establish with our stakeholders on a basis of trust. In this context, we support solidarity and cooperation in inter-institutional relations, and we especially care about sustainable and solution-oriented approaches. In order to maximise the value that our university offers to society, we develop an active communication language and encourage this both within our units and among individuals.

In an age where digital media and communication technologies are changing rapidly, we update our corporate communication strategies in accordance with the requirements of the age. We aim to maximise speed and accuracy in accessing information through artificial intelligence-supported communication design. By making the best use of the opportunities offered by digitalisation, we produce content that emphasises that Bayburt University has a global vision in different media channels. In this direction, we take care to ensure that our university develops a world-class communication language.

Our work focused on quality and continuous improvement is also based on responding to the needs of the units within the institution and our stakeholders. Our efforts to continuously improve quality in education and communication aim to make Bayburt University more visible not only locally but also nationally and internationally. Within the framework of the quality management system, while building all our processes on the principles of transparency and accuracy, we ensure coordination between our units and work to create a stronger and more effective structure in corporate communication.

Our future goals include making more use of innovative technologies in communication and reflecting the mission and vision of our university in the best way possible in multi-directional media channels. By closely following digital media trends, responding to social expectations and designing content in accordance with global communication dynamics are among the priority tasks of our Coordinatorship. As Bayburt University Corporate Communication Coordinatorship, we would like to state that we will continue to work with a solution-oriented approach while moving our university forward, without compromising the principles of social responsibility, quality and sustainability.
