The aim of the Child Education Application and Research Center is to conduct scientific applications and research in the field of child development in cooperation with the relevant departments, application and research centers of our University, and to contribute to the training of individuals of pre-school, primary and secondary school age as scientists; To carry out educational activities in various fields, to provide consultancy services, and to provide practice opportunities to associate and undergraduate students studying in the field of children.

With this;
a) Developing new activities for the purpose of educating the target audience, evaluating them and sharing the applications locally, nationally and internationally.

b) Developing strategies for educating the target audience, evaluating current applications in this field and contributing to the development of current policies at local, national and international levels.

c) Developing programs that will include the target audience in order to make the relationship between science and society effective.

d) Providing the target audience with the opportunity to work with scientists.

e) Developing applications that will contribute to the conscious career choices of students after primary and secondary education.
f) To provide the opportunity for individuals in the target group to receive theoretical and practical training outside of their formal education in order to develop their cognitive thinking skills and reinforce their knowledge.

g) To establish libraries and museums, create archives, cooperate with established ones and contribute to such studies for the education of the target group.

ğ) To work on projects for the education of the target group and to ensure that the resources of other institutions and organizations contribute to the work of the Center.

h) To prepare scientific journals, bulletins, brochures, books, carry out publication or translation studies for the education of the target group.

ı) To organize language courses that can contribute to the international connections of individuals in the target group.

i) To carry out studies to include socio-economically disadvantaged individuals in the target group in education.

j) To implement applications that will enable individuals in the target group to develop their discovery and invention skills.

k) To carry out studies to identify and educate individuals in the target group who are subject to integration or who are gifted.

l) To organize programs where academics and teachers working on the education of individuals in the target audience can come together and share their knowledge and experiences.

m) To support studies on opening and developing departments and majors related to the education of individuals in the target audience within academic units.

n) To conduct research to determine the effects of the education received by individuals receiving education at the center on their later lives.

o) To open children's universities, mother and father schools and similar programs within the framework of the relevant legislation, and to carry out their operations and activities.
