As Bayburt University Women and Family Problems Application and Research Center, our aim is to improve the social status of women in social life, to produce solutions to the structural problems of the family institution and to ensure that the family institution has a strong structure, to increase the level of knowledge and awareness about women's rights, both to implement scientific studies and to provide social contribution by carrying out social responsibility projects. The most important building block of a healthy society is the family institution. A strong family structure creates a healthy, productive and well-being society. The legal and institutional protection of women's various socioeconomic rights, especially education and employment, ensures a healthy social life in parallel with the family institution. In this context, our research center contributes to social, scientific and economic life on the basis of improving both the family institution and the status of women in society.

It should not be forgotten that societies with a strong family institution and women's scientific, social and economic productivity at a high level cannot reach the level of contemporary civilizations.
