In line with the office's "Digital Turkiye" goal:
a) Conducting needs analysis for students, academic, and administrative staff of Bayburt University, and creating the analysis documents for the necessary digital environments based on these analyses,
b) Creating workflow diagrams for the academic and administrative units within the university and preparing the analysis documents for digital environments compatible with these workflows,
c) Contributing to the development of the existing and planned educational programs within Bayburt University in accordance with the "Digital Transformation" goals,
ç) Proposing undergraduate and graduate programs that focus on developing digital technologies, aiming to enhance the educational infrastructure at Bayburt University,
d) Contributing to strengthening the prepared programs with distance education options,
e) Organizing training and events to raise awareness and contribute to sustainable knowledge accumulation for digital technologies, primarily focusing on digital universities, digital education, and cybersecurity, through national and international collaborations,
f) Leading the creation of interdisciplinary collaborations by encouraging the planning or execution of such research in the relevant units,
g) Organizing paid or free educational programs within the university,
ğ) Increasing awareness of "Digital Transformation,"
h) Ensuring that necessary work and studies are carried out in coordination with all university units for their relevant duties and fields of work,
ı) Contributing to the widespread adoption of associate, undergraduate, and graduate-level programs, as well as certificate programs in digital technology fields,
i) Organizing awareness training and workshops aimed at increasing the information security level of academics in the field of cybersecurity,
j) Contributing to the research of innovative educational technologies and the training of relevant support staff,
k) Contributing to the coordination of university units to generate innovative ideas and inventions at every stage of education, and ensuring these inventions are industrialized,
l) Contributing to the establishment of collaborative models by determining R&D topics for the purpose of specialization in technology production and manufacturing industry,
m) Contributing to the integration of a digitally competent workforce with the industry,
n) Organizing events with relevant public institutions, universities, and civil society organizations under the determined themes,
o) Reviewing the requests from public and private organizations related to digital transformation and redirecting them to the relevant university departments,
ö) Ensuring the creation of a database for monitoring and evaluating digital transformation efforts and sharing these reports with the public on various platforms,
p) Publishing annual activity reports regarding the digital transformation activities conducted by the university units.
