On October 10, the Academic Staff Application Module developed by the Digital Transformation Office of our university was introduced at the event held at Gökhan Budak Hall. In the event, which was met with great interest from academic and administrative staff, the contributions of the system to our digitalization process were discussed.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Rector Prof. Ali Savaş BÜLBÜL stated that our university has taken an important step in the digitalization process and stated that the new system makes the processes faster and more transparent. While the participants listened to the advantages of the system such as time and cost savings, its compatibility with our sustainability goals also attracted attention.

In the technical presentation part of the event, Uğur Demirel provided detailed information on the operation of the new system and answered the questions of the participants. The program ended with the evaluation of the suggestions from the participants.

It was emphasized that the new application module will provide great convenience for both candidates and evaluation commissions in the application process and will be a sustainable step in terms of its environmental impact. It was stated that the work carried out within the framework of the digitalization vision of our university will be further reinforced with the upcoming projects.
