With the announcement of YKS preference results, while students and their families are excited about settling in, a similar excitement was experienced at our University. According to the first preference results, our University, which reached 103.1% occupancy in general quotas together with the quotas for school valedictorians, has become a university where students are in high demand as in previous years. 

In our University, which was included in the 2024 preference guide with 24 undergraduate and 38 associate degree programs, 996 students settled in the undergraduate quotas determined as 1014, while the total undergraduate occupancy rate was 98.2%. After 1828 students settled in the associate degree quotas determined as 1725, the total associate degree occupancy rate was realized as 106%. In the total of undergraduate and associate degree, 103.1% occupancy rate was reached with the preference of 2824 students for 2739 quotas. This high occupancy rate, which was reached with the special quotas allocated to the school valedictorians, pointed out that the 'full occupancy' trend in the preference periods of our University has gained the quality of sustainability.
