- Original High School Diplom
- Original Certificate of the High School Diplom
- Original of High School Equivalence Certificate (Equivalency certificate issued by the national education directorates or Foreign Education counsellors, indicating that the applicant is equivalent to high school education in Turkey.)
- Exam Result
- Turkish Translation of the Exam Result
- Notarized Turkish translation of the passport
- A written statement of residence ( click for information ).
- If available Certificate of Competency for Turkish ( for candidates with A and B Türkish Language Level.
- Two photos in size of 4,5 cm x 6 cm
