Internship Procedures
General information and documents;

1) All students who will do an optional internship must apply from the Internship Application Procedures screen in the Student Information Management System.

Internship application procedures;

- Students who apply from the Internship Application Procedures screen in the Student Information Management System have their applications approved by the internship committee through the system.

- Students whose applications are approved download the Internship Application Form from the Student Information Management System.

-The downloaded form is first signed by the student and then delivered to the institution where the internship will be done and stamped, stamped and signed in the area belonging to the relevant institution.

-The document, which is also signed by the institution where the internship will be done, is signed by the internship committee at the Faculty.

-The signed document is delivered to the Department Secretariat at least 7 days before the internship start date.

-The form and insurance entry document approved by the Health, Culture and Sports Department Head Office are delivered to the student personally by the Department Secretariat or sent via e-mail.

-The student delivers these documents to the institution where the internship will be done and starts the internship.

Internship process and end;

-During the internship period, the student fills out the documents named ''Annex-4 Student Internship Notebook'' and ''Annex-2 Internship Continuation Tracking Schedule'' daily according to the procedures written in their content and has them approved by the persons whose titles are included in the signature section at the end of the internship.

-Students; At the end of the internship, the document named ''Annex-3 Institution Establishment Student Internship Evaluation Form'' must be delivered to him/her ''by registered mail or in a sealed envelope with the phrase ''CONFIDENTIAL''. When you complete your internship as a result of all these procedures, deliver all the documents mentioned above to the Department Secretariat within 2 months. Otherwise, your internship will not be accepted in accordance with the legislation above.
